We had an emergency situation with our Honda that we have owned since new in 1998. It's in great condition but most places aren't really interested in working on it because of the age. T3 took it in, diagnosed the problem (which we thought would be a major problem and maybe the end of our treasured Honda) and had it repaired and we picked it up in less than 24 hours! Turned out it was not a major issue but what else can I say about the incredible service? Honest, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional! Can't go wrong bringing your vehicle here!!

I took my Toyota Pickup in on Oct 7th because the clutch wasn't fully disengaging. I didn't realize they were appointment only and they said they wouldn't be able to look at it until the 17th. Well, I picked it up and drove it home and it's only the 13th! These guys are super efficient and great at what they do. When I picked it up Shannon told me he was able to knock a little off the already reasonable cost so it ended up being cheaper than what he quoted me the day prior. It seems a lot of shops will give you the runaround on why it's taking longer than normal, but T3 had the job finished when they said they would. That kind of integrity is hard to find in a shop. I won't be taking my truck anywhere else!

My experience has been the same for the past thirteen years with T3 Automotive. Their service is second to none. When I take my cars in for service they have me back up and running in a days time. I have not had no none whatsoever problems at all. They honor their warranty, for example my battery died , took it to T3 and my battery was free I forgot I bought it there.

Update: Even though Ty isn't there, we still trust the employees at T3 to take care of our car. They still only recommend the services we absolutely need, and don't try to upsell us on anything. We will keep coming back. And their service will be factored into our decision on our next car purchase. Want to stay in the T3 family. Ty and everyone at T3 have always taken care of me. I have been taking my car here for at least the past five years. Ty only recommends the services I absolutely need, and always informs me of the services that can wait. By making appointments, my car is typically never out of commission longer than a day. We are in the market for a new car, and choosing a car that T3 services is part of our decision.

Have had 3 different Lexus vehicles serviced at T3 since 2008. They provide honest service, fair pricing and quick delivery each time. They have done all kinds of work from pre-purchase inspections and routine maintenance to rarer jobs when a strange problem happens on an older vehicle. I've had battery problems in one car and they always check the warranty life first to make sure I'm not overpaying for something that should be covered. Much less expensive than the dealer and the guys know what they are doing!!

I own an Infiniti G37x and I refuse to take my car anywhere else. Ty and his team are incredibly honest, hard-working, and very affordable. In addition, it's always comforting to see that his staff drives Infinitis as well. I have had my Transfer Case flushed here, throttle bodies cleaned, synthetic oil changes every 4,000 miles; and my Transmission flush is coming up next. I'm also going to have them install some after-market parts since they're willing to do so!

I love this place, so much so that when I fender-bent my 1995 Infiniti G20 to death, T3 was actually a factor in the ensuing car hunt: Buying something other than a Nissan/Infiniti or Toyota/Lexus would mean no more T3! Well, I ended up with a Mazda and sadly now say goodbye to T3... but not before helping to spread the word. -- If you have Nissan or Toyota, do not take your car anywhere but T3 for anything more involved than an oil change. -- Ty the manager is super-knowledgeable and friendly, and the shop guys apparently never get stumped. My car started acting funny and a random mechanic happened to be on hand, poked around the engine about 30 minutes, and diagnosed it. I described that on the phone to Ty and without even seeing the car he said the diagnosis sounded fishy, and it's probably this other thing... I brought it in and it turned out that Ty was on the money (off the top of his head, over the phone), and that other mechanic could not have been more wrong. T3 doesn't inflate prices to pay for fancy waiting areas with swank furniture, TVs galore, and pretty receptionists who don't seem to do anything except look resentfully bored. What T3 gives is all you need: a place to leave your car with wizards who get the problem fixed, explain it to you in whatever detail you want, never try to sleaze you into spending more, and charge you a fair price for speedy work of the highest quality. And these guys really stand behind Nissan & Toyota as cars. They drive those cars themselves. They didn't just pick a brand to service. Get yourself a reliable Nissan/Infiniti or Toyota/Lexus, take it to T3, and drive that puppy til the wheels fall off. T3 will ensure you get as much as possible out of your car, and you'll enjoy working with them every step of the way.

Hey inifinti/Nissan owners T-3 automotive on S.Cobb drive is a great repair shop for our high end vehicles Tye the service manager is a pleasant guy they keep it real with you concerning your vehicles needs the dealership charged me 50+ for and oil change and wash these guys do it 1st time for 19.99 and 40 afterwards my tune at 109,000 at the dealership will cost 850.00 these guys do it for half that they use OEM parts and work staraight from your maintenance manual give them a call or a try before spending extra for the amenities at the dealership

Reliable, Honest, and Mechanically Elite In the auto repair world, those who "fix cars" come a dime a dozen. To me a great auto repair spot has to offer more than just wrenching on your car...they offer you great prices, expert advice, repair and maintenance, and truly superior customer service. T3 has it all...so much so that when my wife was about to purchase her car she decided to get an Infiniti because of the relationship and great service history Ty and his crew had established with me over the years. T3 always calls with a diagnosis and estimate before getting started. Their advice is honest and knowledgeable, and their estimates prove accurate. They've done all of my work quickly, well, and for a fair price. For anything more complicated than an oil change, I wouldn't take a Nissan/Infiniti or Toyota/Lexus to any other shop.
